As a Project Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the Project Manager in various aspects of project planning, execution, and monitoring. Your main objective will be to ensure that projects are completed successfully and efficiently, meeting established objectives and delivering high-quality results. You will work closely with the project team, stakeholders, and clients to facilitate smooth project operations and achieve project goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing project activities.
2. Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, tracking tasks, and deadlines.
3. Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and follow up on action items.
4. Help develop and manage project documentation, such as plans, reports, and presentations.
9. Coordinate project procurement activities, including vendor communication and order management.
10. Assist in monitoring project expenditures and ensure they stay within the approved budget.
12. Gather, analyze, and present relevant project data for evaluation and decision-making processes
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience – is bonus
– Proven experience as a project assistant or in a similar support role.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
