Responsibilities:
1. Provide HR consulting services to clients on various human resources functions.
2. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies based on client needs.
3. Conduct HR audits and assessments to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
4. Assist clients in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews.
5. Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
6. Advise clients on employee relations issues and help resolve conflicts.
7. Create and deliver HR training programs on various topics, such as performance management and workplace diversity.
8. Assist with compensation and benefits administration.
9. Develop and update employee handbooks, job descriptions, and HR documentation.
10. Stay updated on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance for clients.
11. Provide guidance on HR technology and software implementation.
12. Offer support in HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and organizational development.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR professional or consultant.
3. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
6. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7. Proficient in HR software and tools.
8. Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
